Blending Mindfulness with traditional Gymnastics, my signature program for kids and teens is a holistic discipline aimed to improve not only the physical body and flexibility, but also overall stress management with specific (yet fun) techniques to connect to the present moment. Every kid is different, so I structure each class to help children learn to focus and stay in control of their bodies and minds while having fun!
